A Natural Anti- bacterial Agent
Clove vibrates to the Key of B and the color Violet, both the highest vibration.
Young Living Clove oil is from Madagascar and the Spice Islands (how appropriate!)
It contains a high level of phenols, eugenol to be specific, a chemical that kills sixty different species of gram negative and positive bacteria, thirteen different fungi and two different viruses. Clove inhibits mold and Herpes I and II. Clove is the most powerful antioxidant we know of. The chemical eugenol can help prevent liver damage.
Besides being anti-microbial clove is anti-inflammatory and is still used in oral health today for painful teeth and gums.(place around the teeth and gums for a toothache)
Put one drop in the back of the tongue for a tickling cough.
When clove is combined with with cinnamon and thyme it is one of the highest natural anti-bacterial agents known to man.
To attest to the power of clove, when the Dutch conquerors destroyed the clove trees among the “Spice Islands”, the people of Penang died from the epidemics that followed.
Some interesting uses:
Infected wounds
Removes the desire to smoke-Place on the back of the tongue with finger.
Takes out the sting of poison oak.
Other uses:
Bad breath, intestinal parasites, bacterial colitis, bronchitis, fatigue, tension headaches, hypertension,, skin cancer, mouth sores. It also helps in cases of nausea, insect bites and stings, leg ulcers, vomiting, warts and thyroid dysfunction. A small amount of Eugenol will kill tuberculosis bacillus.
For internal use:
Dilute one drop in 1 tsp. honey or 4 0z. of beverage. (Not for children under age 6, do a greater dilution for children over 6) Try using clove oil in your cooking instead of the spice. Put a toothpick into the oil and dip it in your soup at the end of cooking.( Do not use more than one drop of any oil in cooking as the potency will overwhelm the meal).
Fragrant influence will help one sleep, stimulate good dreams and create a sense of protection and courage.
Can irritate sensitive skin. Test in elbow first and continue to use caution.
It is one of the main ingredients used in Thieves and Panaway.

Lynn,
You have the most efficient, colorful, self explainatory Young Living Web Site of any body. How do you do it. The words are so very approiate that you choose. I will be starting to spend the time in a couple of months to start a YL business. As I said to you before I will follow under you. I am on a mission right now with work and saving. As you know I am on SSD The government will let us work a total of 9 months in a 5 year period and make as much as we can and still receive our check. SXo this si what I am doing with working nearly every day and saving. I am not sure if I will make it 9 months because I am having some serious problems with my neck and right hand/fingers. I am caregiving thru IHSS with a second client since December. This lady is 94 so one never knows how long one will have the job. After the family put Marie in the nursing home it took me a month to find this job.
I am renting a room in Cloverdale in an old Victorian house that more than 15 years ago was a B&B. I rarely ever see any one for I am always at work. Maybe walk by someone at 5:00 AM but that is it. Most of the people are old hippies. Well enough rattling on. Have a great week.
Best Regards Tamara
