The potency of an essential oil is at least ten times stronger than an herb. The essential oil of the plant is it’s essence, it’s lifeblood. It gives the plant its fragrant smell. For instance one drop of YOUNG LIVING peppermint  oil is equal to twenty-eight cups of peppermint tea. How is that for potency!

FRAGRANT CONVERSATION-CINNAMON BARK

One drop of CINNAMON BARK oil would have the same effect as taking two  500 milligram capsules of cinnamon. For the healing benefits  cinnamon provide add cinnamon  essential oil to 2 tsp. of honey or 8oz. of a  beverage such as soy/rice milk. Mix with V6 mixing oil or vegetable oil for direct application.
