Common Sense is the newest Young Living essential oil blend. Used to calm and focus the mind for competent decision making this blend contains several stress reducing oils.
Frankincense creates a meditative tone ideal for contemplation.
Ocotea reduces the body’s response to irritation.
Rue A natural anti-depressant, rue relaxes the body and mind by rebalancing energy
Dorado Azul supports measured breathing. I have had much success using it on the third eye and crown chakras to eliminate an emotional response to issues.
Lime The best mood elevator I know of. This oil is found in “Trauma Life” essential oil blend.
Ylang Ylang Releases feelings of anger, frustration, tension and nervous irritablity.
I must warn you- although I find these oils wonderful individually I have had a mixed reaction to others liking this blend. Regardless of the smell I have no doubt it will work very effectively to calm, center, reduce stress and ultimately to make the right decision.
Try layering Common Sense with peppermint, or the blends clarity or brain power to enhance the effects and alter the fragrance.

You are welcome Joni. I am not sure if I replied before, I plan to start writing more again. My mom fell and it took some time for ME to recover. Stay tuned for more info!
